The first time Debbie and I spoke was by phone. We live in the northwest corner of Washington State and had recently relocated my Mother into assisted living in Pasadena, Maryland. We needed someone to help with the sale of my Mother’s house while living 3000 miles away from it. Debbie was recommended by my Mother’s banker and it was, without doubt, one of, if not the best, recommendation I ever received! Debbie took care of things as if they were her own and in doing so I felt as if I was her only client. She arranged to have what was remaining in the house removed, the house cleaned, inspected and made presentable. She took care of things as if they were her own. This was in the Fall of 2008, things were beginning to slow in the economy and the housing market; I was concerned how long marketing and selling the house would take.
